Such Old Laptop with 'Broken Keys'

It's been more than 5 years i've been using the Dell Precision M60..due to the age, it seems to have lotsa problems lately..not with the windows system, but the battery and keyboard..The battery had long been dead for couple of months..it started with lasting for half an hour, and now it could not even last a second..so, i've always been using the AC adapter and if i trip on it, the laptop will shut off immediately..and currently, the keyboard is having problem..the number keys aren't working..i got fed up before i found out about using the On-Screen Keyboard(OSK)..
If your keyboard does not work, simply go to Start-->Run then type osk and press enter..Automatically the keyboard screen will be displayed..But if it's not working, you can find osk.exe at C://Windows/system32..so now i dont need to thump the key hardly with my finger..
